Shipping insurance

Quite disappointed with my planner, cheap poor quality paper, cheap
Production, very generic and not what was advertised or expected, will not be buying again, it was not cheap and not value for money!

I gifted this to my mother in law ns she seems to like it

Shipping insurance should be part of postage and packaging. There are enough companies that provide proof of delivery without added fees to make you feel as though you should have to buy more
